Card from the "52 pick-up" class I'm taking at bigpicturescrapbooking.com. Assignment was to add texture to a transparency with heat embossing. I couldn’t keep it from curling up when it was heated. Maybe if you have a heat gun with lower heat setting? Anyway, I stamped the letters in white onto the transparency and then traced around them with a white ink pen. I also used a clear glaze pen to add and embossed look.
