This year for Halloween, I set up a class "pumpkin patch". I painted milk jugs orange with green lids and hid them in the leaves and sticks outside our building. The students were so excited to wake up from nap and see the "pumpkins" everywhere outside. It was almost like an Easter egg hunt with them running around trying to choose a pumpkin. They took them home over the weekend to decorate and bring back on Halloween for our Pumpkin Pageant.
