This LO is for The Eiffel Tower Group's October Technique Challenge--Use Stamps!! 25 points for the LO, plus 10 extra points for stamping the background paper. I used a big flower foam stamp I bought recently for the background paper, and some birdie and flower stamps for the orange polka dot border under the pic.
