This was my entry in the september scrap pack challenge. I don't like it so wasn't going to upload it, but then decided I might as well.
My Gradation Ball, when I studied Art - 2001
My husband had had his batchelors party the night before and was looking a little pale lol. We got married 2 weeks later.
Sheer Bag: Cut open and used as an overlay over the title, the ribbon is tied in a bow on the cut bag.
3 Golden rings: Painted silver and used in the centre of the flower.
Brads: painted silver and placed on the right of the photo.
place card: Painted silver and used to mat the photo.
8 Flower Petals: Placed together to make 1 big flower.
24 sequins: used to make flourish.
1 yd black eyelash fiber: Cut up and used in centre of flower.
1 yd cream eyelash fiber: running across the page to divide to 2 blue backing papers.
5 bobby pins: painted silver and placed on the photo.
4 wooden hearts: painted silver and placed on the feathers.
2 black feathers: above the flower.
Hang tag: Under photo with the date written on it.
Cotton balls: used to ink the bottom of the LO black.
