That flower is amazing! Your DS picked a wonderful color scheme for it. Good choice on inking the orange flower to tone it down a bit. I love the words in there. I've been thinking about doing something like this for my DD for Christmas.
Very pretty - great job altering the flower. I have done that before, sometimes they are just too brite or not the right shade. The ribbon on the quote is very pretty! Another great shot of her too! What a cute little dog -- I did not know you had a little dog too, I've only seen photos of the bigger ones!!
The book will now be posted out of order. On the top right of the right page u can see where I didn't do so well at making a seamless frame...gotta practice. I used my new "build a frame" set. The angel at the bottom w/the word "discover" in it I thought was appropriate given that she'll need to discover this herself as time goes by and thru experience. The large flower was an ugly kinda orange so I inked it w/brown and burgundy inks. I added diamond glaze to the green flower and the center black flower is metal. My son chose this flower combination.
