This is how I do mine too! I have a small Crop Hopper paper holder that holds 12 in paper at about 4 or 5 inches tall and any other scraps. I too have mine by color and I LOVE IT! TFS!!!!

I bought this organizer at a yard sale for $1. I seperated my scraps by color and theme. Then put them in page protectors and placed them into the dividers in the organizer. This should make it a lot easier for me to find the scrap I'm looking for. Hopefully it'll make me use them more too instead of just accumulating more and more scraps.
