Created for the chipboard category of the October Card Challenge. I created the crinkled chipboard flowers by soaking my chipboard in water, which made some of the layers separate. Then I wadded up one of the thin layers of chipboard to make it all wrinkly and then opened it back up and let it dry. When it dries it is really rigid again and holds it's wrinkly shape perfectly! Then I inked them to help show dimension. Thanks for looking!
