Whew! I had a hard time doing this one as I have to sneak from DH from time to time. Our anniversary is on Oct 14, and we will be on our church Family Camp tom 'til Sunday and Monday is my birthday. And since I know that I will never have the slightest chance to make him a card after the camp, I decided to make it now and just keep it somewhere and give it to him on Tuesday. ;)
I don't have any image of a couple (even a bird couple for that matter!) so I searched on the internet and found this one. And as I found sketch on another site, I decided to do my card patterned to that sketch and here it is.

ETA: As I'm already posting it here, I guess my darling husband will be the last one to see this card. LOL!
