this is a gift I made for my sister in law for her birthday. The mini scrapbook came from Target's $1 spot and I altered it by covering cover and pages with patterned paper. I got all the paper from the 1.99 spot at archiver's in a kit that had punch outs and paper together. The wooden blocks are from Michael's in their christmas craft section. Just used mod podge to cover with same patterned paper and emblished with ribbon and flowers. Total cost of the project was probably $8!
