SO cool that you beat them to the lake and so cool that you let us know how you put the ripple in the journaling strips. Thanks!! Cool page and yes, it's a beautiful lake!

I got some good photos of you w/the boys too...will try to get them loaded up on my SM site this week! (I loaded a packwood lake lo today too! old one though.)This pic you took is the best though! awesome pic mom! Hope work was good for you today!
WHEN DID U FIND TIME 2 DO A LO!!! THIS IS SO PRETTY LUV THE LACING & THAT CUTE LIL BIRD, REALLY NEAT PIC. I LUV PACWOOD LAKE, SOME GOOD MEMORIES FROM THERE RIDING THE HORSES!!
My mountain bike I bought at the auction for $30., and I ride it around quite a bit.......but Saturday my daughter and grandson's rode into Packwood Lake on their motorcycles, and I rode my bike in! It's a little over two miles into the lake, and as soon as we got to parking lot, I unloaded my bike and took off! Tracy and the boys had to unload bikes and get on their riding gear, giving me a little head start..........but low and behold, I beat them to the lake by about 8 minutes!!! I was so happy and PROUD..........I had to write in the sand where they park their bikes,"Jake, I beat you!" That's my 9 year old grandson, and I knew it would get him if I beat them in...so had to write that!! And of course on the way back....no way was grandma getting a head start on him!!! This lo has a pic of my bike sitting at edge of lake before they got there! Isn't that a pretty little lake? This paper is the new "My Minds Eye" clothes line! Very pretty papers and embellie's! Oh, and on my strip journaling, I made it "ripple", I attached it at one end, then I raised it with a little hump, then attached it in the middle to paper with glue, then another little hump, then attached the end! It's kind of like a little wave on the page, really cool looking in real life! Thanks for takin' a peek!
