I printed the photos off with the white frames. And then decided overlapping them would look the the nicest. The brad idea (for interest) immediately next popped into my head. The pp just magically appeared from my stack and mint green (which matches the polka dots very well), pink and white became my other color choices just because they looked right. The border on the left was stamped with a walking cat paws rubber stamp. And the bottom border was punched with a border punch and then again with a small circle punch so that eyelets could be added. Finally, the title and corner flourishes are rub-ons. I doodled the big swirls because I couldn't find anything I liked for that spot in my rub-on or clear stamp collections. The little butterfly above Midnight's photo was placed there because she seemed to be watching something above or behind me throughout the little photo session... so I just supplied an object for her to look at in the LO. (I've since moved it a little more above the photo.) The pink strip behind Midnight's photo is a pull tab for the little bit of journaling I did on the subject - mostly just describing my self portrait mood and mentioning the date.

Throughout the making of this, Blossom kept laying on the LO and commenting on my choices. She is quite helpful... especially on layouts that have her photo on them for some reason.
