"His" version is fine, but being a mom of a 16 yr old (so I understand the sentiment) I personally would prefer "your" version for myself. Are you putting this in his book to give to him later and keeping your version for yourself? I think you should and this description makes pretty good journaling for yours, with, of course all that is running through your head while taking these pictures.

Photos of my son and his girlfriend ready for the homecoming dance a couple of weeks ago. It's so hard to do layouts of teenage boys. I'm not allowed to use a bunch of mushy words on his layouts anymore and the flowers were definitely a stretch for him LOL! Thanks for looking~ Shelly
