I had to make this in a hurry (1hr). I used a pre-made base card. Cut green card stock and pattern paper, adhered together. Cut the flower out with the cricut, had to draw the edging on flower, used foam squares to adhere to front of card. Then adhered button for center of flower.
I typed out this sentiment and printed it out on cardstock and adhered to the inside:
May you remember the day of her birth
With happiness in your heart
Yet know that even though she is not here
She lives on in you and the lives that you touch
