This card box holds two sets of birthstone birthday cards OR 24 all occasion cards (more if the embellishments aren't as thick as those I used on my birthstone cards). The twelve dividers inside have the months on one side and card categories on the other so they are dual purpose.

I used four sheets of the Scenic Route Surprise Scrap strip and some black and white polka dotted paper I had on hand to cover the inside and outside of the box and lid.

Cutting the Scenic Route Surprise strips apart made it easier to arrange the strips how I wanted them.

The scalloped border under "CARDS" was made from cut out circles from the Scrap Strip. The green strip is backed with white paper to give it more dimension.

The lettering around the lid edge was made using a Dymo label maker.

I sealed the paper with a light coat of clear acrylic spray, a light coat of ModPodge and then several light coats of clear acrylic spray again.

I used twelve sheets of rainbow colored paper (not cardstock - I didn't want the bulk) for the front and back of each divider or you could use the Worldwin papers listed below since they are a thinner cardstock than Bazzill. The dividers were sprayed with clear acrylic spray; no ModPodge sealant was used.

This would be a great gift!

Thanks for looking!
