I mounted similar heart stickers on coordinating colors and used eyelets to make them look "mounted". One thing you can't see on the pic is I printed the white background with the words, mommy, grandma, nanny, great grandma, and baby. Then I journaled on vellum and laid it on top. It gave a very cool layered effect to the layout.
