Wow what a gorgeous page of such a gorgeous little girl.. She has the most beautiful eyes!! I love the colors you used, the embossing on the background paper is beautiful and the addition of the little ducky is perfect!
I love this! Such a cute photo! I love the combinations of papers, the green one in the background is nice and that red on the Believe tag is a nice touch, as well as the red/white pp. You got me in the mood to do some Christmas LO's with my kids pics, maybe mine even.
how adorable! I love the embossed bg paper, and that pic is tooo precious!!! Yes, you're getting in the Christmas spirit with this one!!!! It'll be here in 2 shakes!!!
You are adorable sitting on Santa's lap...so happy you made his nice list that year! Hehehe! Love your attention to detail..inking and distressing look wonderful on this page!
WOW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a gorgeous work of art!!!!! I just love absolutley everything about it!!!! And aren't you just the cutest little girl!!!!
OMGosh, Shawn.....this is TOO CUTE! ....LOVE how you captured the moment....plus, the journaling, distressing, layering and mesh.....and the duck.....well, how adorable! .... but not quite as adorable as the little girl in the pic! Hee, hee, hee! Hugs from TX....Patty
Superb! I love the gold colored paper and the pattern in it! The distressing looks so nice. I've never sanded anything yet - - hmmm, will have to try that. Aside from the darling pic of YOU with the jolly ol' elf himself, I LOVE the duck....and I really like it because it's more nostalgic looking...a true fuzzy, fluffy yellow ducky - - he looks soft and sweet and cuddly.....like the whole feel of this page. It's a great one, Shawn.
Thanks for sharing, M
OMG!! LOOK at little you it looks like Ryan.LOL You were so sweet. Awww!! You did a great job. I love the layered paper and that little duckie is so sweet. Awesome Pic. XOXO La Sunshine
This is soooo cute! That pic is just adorable!! Love the papers and the way you layered them under the photo! The mesh is a great touch! And I love the poinsettias, too! Wonderful job!
This is ME! The quote on the tag says,"There is nothing better then being on Santa's lap and he tells you you've been GOOD!" I used the color scheme of olive, golden and scarlet. I used one of my new toys...a Heidi Swapp Edge Distresser...it works great. I also layered, inked the paper, metal and leaf edges, used snow mesh, tied embroidery thread in the buttons, sanded the edge of the photo, and put the quote on cs with pop-dots. The original photo was in faded color, so I enlarged it and printed it in B&W. I was holding a stuffed toy duck in the picture, so I decided to add the ducky with a candy cane to the flower center. TFL!
