Some of my favorite pics taken at The Portland Rose Garden last year. This is for this weeks VLB challenge to use stripes in your LO. I have had this paper forever and I don't get to use pink very often, so I was excited to get a chance to use some pink and purple in my LO.
The hidden journaling states: August 5, 2007, we went to Portland's Rose Garden to enjoy a cloudy summer's day. Even though it was cool and not very sunny, we had a fun day exploring the gardens and looking at all the pretty flowers. There was a wedding going on and you tried very hard to be a part of this young couples beautiful wedding ceremony, and you had a fit when we would grab you to take you to another part of the garden. You also wanted to take a swim in the fountains and got your shoes completely soaked.But, despite all that, we had fun and will take you there again....someday!
