Labor-Less Day 2007

You know you are living in a great country when you get to have a paid day off of work.... just because. Not because of a memorable event or a religious observance, but just because. Labor Day was established as a day where our government basically says thank you to all it’s citizens for their hard work on making our country great. And they thank us by letting us enjoy a labor-less day at home! This Labor Day was definitely a memorable one for me as the fruits of a lot of hard labor had finally paid off. On August 1st, after 2 years with my company, I was finally offered a promotion and became a store manager. Since I had started with the company as a mere Customer Account Representative and worked my way up to this position I really took great pride in my accomplishment that some might not know. But with great accomplishments comes much greater responsibilities, so any day off must be filled with as much relaxation as possible. As you can see by my impressive show of muscles, I did work on my labor-less day, even if it was only at improving my Madden 2008 skills.
