I made this card for my cousin on her 15th birthday now in december. The cat is actually just a template that I found online, and just cut out on a plain black paper and foam dotted:) I heat-embossed the whole background with silver powder and the darkblue teared paper is half-see trough, not vellum, but something similar. Then I added some cheap gemstones and I was really happy with the results:) TFL!
