I cut out the flower from a Nestability die. Then I cut each petal, bending and drawing with a white Sakura pen. These are only a slight modification from the flowers I learned from Chris (CMLeach).

I learned to make these flowers from CMLeach. Originally I use scalloped deco scissors for the circle but with the Nestability dies, it's way easier.
I folded the flower in half all the way around to make cut lines. After cutting the petals but not all the way, I doodled around the petals and down the centers with a white Sakura Glaze pen. Then I pinched the petals toward the base to give them more dimension. On some of the flowers I I just pinched every other petal.
