A layout I made for an album I'm making for my daughter's godmother. The bracelet is one worn by my daughter while she was in hospital. The journaling is taken from Beth's online journal and reads:
'She's been born!
I'm just realizing that it's 12:20ish in New Zealand right now, on Friday...Elle was scheduled to be at the hospital for her c-section at 7:30am. This means it's very likely that my godchild, Caitlin Violet Rosemary Schroder, has by now been born.
Somewhere in the world, someone's seen her sweet face. Somewhere in the world, someone has text messages knowing that Elle is ok. Somewhere in the world, Steve's heart just doubled in size and his face has taken on an angelic glow as he met his daughter for the first time. Somewhere in the world, little Jayden is playing, blissfully unaware of any of it. And somewhere in the world (who knows where at this point!), a box filled with clothes and toys and a lovely rose and violet quilt is sitting, waiting to be introduced to my little god daughter.
One of God's greatest miracles...that somewhere in this world, there's a little person being born that I love despite never having seen her...and somewhere in this world, there are people who love me enough to invite me to be a part of their family, even though they've never met me.
Somewhere in this great big world.'
I bought the bears pre-made by someone else. Aren't they adorable??
