This is my Cat Zachary.
The edge is torn heart emossed paper. The hearts are MM vellum tags that I ripped out the vellum to use as frames. The Z is from my friend Karen. The heart scraplifted from Kiwimum. The MM heart clip is from a swap. The red matting is Bazzil.

Zachary has been with me since 1994. He was with me while (ex) was in Korea. He kept me company and warm. I got Zachary from the Oakland CA ASPCA. My previous cat had been hit buy a car and killed on Christmas Day 1993. I had a hard time picking Zachary out. I was interested in the orange cat in the cage above him. Zachary kept reaching through the bars of his cage at me. He had funky wiskers. I still counld not decide, it literally took me all day to decide and I held every cat there. When I went back to see how long everyone had been there, I realized Zachary had been there the longest. When I ask why i found out that he had started out in the infermary. He came to the ASPCA after being put in a paper bag and the bag was set on fire. He was lucky as to not be seriously injured but that accounted for the funky wiskers! They had been singed. Zachary and I have together ever since and he never stops reaching out to me.
