My dd was unsure of what was going on during her first birthday celebration. She looked confused about all the commotion. Journaling reads: Abby, you were so cute sitting in front of your birthdat cupcake. You weren't sure what all the singing was about. Why was everyone smiling, singing, clapping, and waiting for you to blow out your candle? What's "blow out your candle?" The way you ate the cupcake was even cuter. You didn't even use your hands, you just inched your face close, took mini bites & licks, and had pink frosting on your nose. What a wonderful experience- your First birthday!
