My dgd can't say Gladiators! - so she substitutes 'Alligators' and makes us all laugh. When she saw she could really have a go at Alligators with Grandad, there was no stopping her. Of course, she wasn't prepared to use the child's helmet all the time, and made sure she and Grandad swapped half way! I managed to find an alligator brad and doctor him with red stickles, to fit in the layout! This was great fun. The title letters are an internet font ('flux architect') enlarged, painted, stickled to outline, and cut out. The small gold letters are from a Dutch website recommended by my friend Ingrid! Stitching was fun to do too. The whole layout is crystal clear IRL, but I had to be thankful that my other half finally got this loaded for me!
