Picture at WDW. I cut apart a Rusty Pickle paper, hand drew some stars with a black pen & white Sharpie. Painted a frame around the picture (barely noticeable) with Glossy Accents mixed with a pinch of ultrafine glitter. Added a layer of Stickles to the title letters.
