AWESOME!!! I LOVE this!! Your distressing is fantastic, and the swirls with those flowers are just perfect! Glorious picture that you captured from our Greatest Artist's Handiwork in the Skies too! Did you copy this and blow it up to FRAME and hang on a wall?? I would!! TFS! Celia
Oh Ya!!! there are those blooms I love!!! (I used your bloom idea on a LOT of the layouts I did for my DT this month....with credit to you of course!).....awesome photo too!!! this page is a masterpiece!!
WOW!!! Where do I start??? I love the photograph itself, isn't that just magic?? It just looks so serene, I want to live where you live hehe!! I love how you've used one piece of cardstock to do it all, those flowers & doodling look wonderful. It's given me inspiration to scrap my rainbow photo which I've been putting off scrapping!! Straight to faves!
I am in awe .. With the sun set and sunrise in our area and when we notice it this beautiful we always state "Look God is painting the sky.. " I wil now have to scrap a scene for the memory ... hopefully it will turn out as beautiful as yours ! Thanks for the inspiration ! Into favs ... so I can give you credit when I am done the LO
I have to go along with the stunning comments. From the picture to the LO. You did any amzing job scrapping this too. The doodling is awesome. You just created the the perfect lo here. Of course it has to go in my favs.
That is the most stunning photo! Did you take that yourself? You should submit that to a contest somewhere! Oh, so I'm supposed to be commenting on the lo... I of course just love your flowers and the eyelet in the middle is so cute!
Stunning picture. It just makes you realize the beautiful our Father in heaven has made for us to enjoy and that so often we miss those moments because we live such a hurried life. Beautiful page and photo. Can't wait to see another page if this beautiful moment.
Awesome pic. I like how you did the paint. It seems to draw the sun rays out of the pic and on to the page. I like the way you did the swirls and flowers.
BEAUTIFUL LAYOUT,GOD DOES GIVE US BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS, BUT SOMETIMES WE ARE SO BUSY WITH OUR LIVES WE DON'T STOP TO SEE GOD'S BEAUTY.GOD BLESS,SHIRLK,ANZAC,ALBERTA,CANADA.
that is one incredible picture!!! And you get to look at that from your deck????? I am SOOOOO jealous!!!! so awesome!!! I love how you did this layout! Everything here gives glory to that beautiful pic!!!!! (ok...God, too!!)
Oh wow, that is a fantastic photo. The layout really helps it stand out! Great job on using just one sheet of cs for an entire LO. That is really inspiring!
This beautiful picture of the sun setting was taken August 13, 2008 from my deck looking to the west. I was awestruck and took 19 or 20 pictures with various highlights. I may have to scrap another one or two. As I marveled at the beauty of it I felt the need to thank our Creator for giving us such beauty, and it made me think of the scripture that I quoted: The heavens are declaring the glory of God. Psalm 19:119
This page is made with only 1 piece of cardstock. I took a sanding block and sanded some of the color off, revelaing a lighter distressing. I cut out behind the photo so I could have some paper to make the flowers. All the doodling on the flowers and below them was done with a white gel pen. The letters are American Craft Thickers. Thanks for looking.
