This is sooo sweet! Love the colours, torn pp & font you have used. I think this is great how it is. However I think the suggestion of adding some primas would look great too!
I love the soft edge you gave the photo and the song lyrics.
I think black is good and readable for the text in the skinnier font, but maybe a bit heavy for the title? I played with it a little and tried plain white (didn't show up well) and white with a drop shadow, which I liked. I'll e-mail you an example of what I mean.
Sweet photo. :)
Simple but yet elegant!! Love the picture. How did you do that? I like the page how it is....I tend to use to much embellies but if you think it's missing something, I would add a couple of primas on the lower left and upper right of the title. (I got that advice from a neighbor here on one of my LO's and it made the page pop) I would add a knotted ribbon above the picture also, jmo.
I love that song! So fitting too. Hmmm...I agree that the page is missing something but haven't been able to put my finger on it yet. I'm worn out right now after today so maybe I'll have some ideas tomorrow.
This is a page I am working on. I know it needs a lot of work but I was hoping to get some suggestions. The journalling is a song by LeeAnn Womack, called I hope you dance. hope you never lose your sense of wonder, You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger, May you never take one single breath for granted, God forbid love ever leave you empty handed, I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean, Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens, Promise me that you’ll give faith a fighting chance, And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.
I hope you dance....i hope you dance.
I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance, Never settle for the path of least resistance Livin’ might mean takin’ chances but they’re worth takin’, Lovin’ might be a mistake but it’s worth makin’, Don’t let some hell bent heart leave you bitter, When you come close to sellin’ out reconsider, Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance, And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance.
I hope you dance....i hope you dance.
The photo is of my dd was taken when she was 3 years old. I am not sure what to do with this page, it is not working for me.
