I adore this Bell Tower located on Lake Chautauqua on the Chautauqua grounds in New York. It chimes every hour on the hour even in Winter which is their off-season. Love the frozen lake too. I altered the photo and I think it now almost looks like a vintage postcard. Cardstock is all from The Paper Mill Store and WorldWin. Felt trim is from Martha Stewart and the velvet ribbon is from Fancy Pants. Monogram stamp is from JustRight. Rusty snowflake and vellum snowflakes and buttons were also used.
