Secret Way of Staying Young

I met an amazing person on my trip and was lucky enough to share her birthday celebration with her and her friends. It was her 70th birthday! I couldn't believe how full of life she was. Even though I spend a very small amount of time with her, she has truly impacted my life. When asked what her secret was to staying so young, she said "Marry someone young, spend a lot of time outdoors, only eat fresh foods and laugh as much as possible." Sounds like good advice to me!
