This is a clear card that I created using a ShortCuts clear card base. It's inspired by a sketch at 2sketches4you.blogspot.com by Kazan.
The embellishments that are on the top of the card are the chipboard star, flower, sentiment sticker, and the rhinestone swirls. When working with clear cards, one of the challenges is to make everything look neat inside as well as on the outside. For this card, I cut a rectangle and star from the patterned paper to create a border around the sentiment sticker and chipboard star. These are both adhered on the inside part of the card right underneath the sentiment sticker and star. Not only do these cut-out elements create borders, but also hide the messy adhesive that I used to adhere the sticker and star to the top of the card.
