Sigh... I have allot too say, bring tissues.... This was the most Difficult journaling I have ever had to do on a LO. I did this LO for a challenge at another site, and I had to explain why I was Thanking this Person:) If you take the time to read it all, Thx for spending the time! If not I understand:) It is a mini story and Drama and Tragedy all in one! LOL

I wanted to Thank my MOM:)
I am giving this to her as a Christmas present:)

Through the years and my youth, she was a strong Independent Woman and played a very crucial part in me turning out the way I did:) And I have Full respect for her as a Woman,Wife,Mother,Teacher, Best Friend & Loving Nana to my 2 children. Until I was a Teenager she was a SAHM and crafter/Seamstress. She was my Biggest Supporter & Cheerleader and would travel with me through ALL of My many Interests of: Ballet, Volleyball, Basketball, Band, Track and push me to stick with it and do my best. And when I moved out on my own across the state with not a lick of sense, money or Family she would always be the one constant in my life. Through many Boyfriends, 2 Husbands, 1 Divorce and the Birth of my 2 children she was there every moment for me to lean on. I don't think I could of done it without her. We laughed together, we cried together. She is even my best shopping Buddy! (she brings all the $$:) lol
However in the last 5 years she has been hit with The worst possible Luck anyone could imagine. My mother didn't have a good upbringing. The 3rd oldest of 13 of 2 Abusive Alcoholic parents, was forced to quit school to care for her siblings in the 4th grade! She vowed her life would be different! And met my Dad at 19 and married and had a Fairy tale Life with him for 37 years. At 49 she landed the job of a lifetime with no education working for Michigan State University making more than most with College Educations. However that was short lived when she hurt herself on the job. She sued the University. After 5 surgery's and considered disabled and no relief from constant knife shooting pain, and hardly able to lift and carry her own purse she was awarded her Settlement from MSU 3 full years later. My Dad retired from his very profitable job after 33 years. To take care of my Mother full time. They relocated to Florida and built there Dream home beautifully situated in the middle of 3 golf courses. Truly fit for a King and Queen. They started Traveling again and enjoying each other again. Something that was next to impossible before. Newly retired and with a Beautiful new home they decided to take my kids for a few months over the Summer. 2 months later they brought them home visited for a month and returned back to Florida. Home for 5 Days, They bought a sports car and the following day my Father woke up to play Golf had a Massive Heart attack and Died.

I did this LO for My Mother because a full year since my Father's Death, She has Sunk into a Deep Depression, and feels No self Worth and has almost completely given up Faith and has no Hope left!
I just wanted her to know how truly Valuable she is to this family. And we are all Behind her and here to Support her. An that we have not lost hope in her.

So under the Flower I attached a small envelope with several Pull out Tags with all of her Wonderful qualities. The tag under the flower says "DON'T FORGET"
1)You are the Prettiest & one of the Sexiest Mom's I have ever known. Stay Confident & True to yourself, hold your Head up high. For it is you that I get my Beauty from:) You have a Beautiful Soul.

2) You always know what to say and when to make me smile. You have the Best Sense of Humor and it's worth a 1000 Laughs & Smiles:)

3)You are the Strongest Woman I know, you have picked me up every time I have fallen and need a hand. I will be there to do the same for you, for you have gave me Strength & Courage to be Successful! You have allot of fight left!

4)You have taught me that Love knows no Color or Race and has no boundaries. You have the Biggest Heart!
I wish I could be half the Woman you are and still have yet too be.

5) I love spending time with you, even if it's doing nothing, most the time it's arguing about which one of is right and which on of us is wrong:) I Love the Debater in you:) LOL

6) I am honored to call you my Friend! You have taught me that True Friends are hard to Find and worth Keeping:) You are and Always will be my Best Friend!

If you read through all this, WOW! You are Awesome and thanx for hearing the Story in Full. I know I had allot to say, I just needed to get it out:)
I Hope she likes it and may find some comfort in knowing how I feel about her! She is my Biggest Fan and Loves ALL my LO's, so I am thinking she will!
Always pushing me for that next DT. LOL
I have attached a copy of this to the back of the LO as well, I wanted her too see her life's Happiness, Trials and Tribulations from my eyes:)

I used more of my Cropsuey kit, FP chipboard, ribbon & papers, elsie, bg, SEI, AC ribbon, CI, Thickers,MME
