Amy didn't love every part of her first day. It reads:
On my first day of school I had so many new things happening.
I had to leave my puppy (who is my best friend) and he was sad.
I had a broken arm.
And I had to get up to early in the morning.
When I got home I realized I hated homework, I loved my teacher (Mrs. Jacobson) and I was scared of the other kids because I didn't know if they would like me.
As it turns out... the kids love me, my teacher loves me and I still hate doing my homework. School is hard for me and I keep telling my mom, "I HATE THE WORK, IT'S TO HARD". My mom assures me it will be ok and sits with me to do my homework. I still don't like it.
