This picture of my daughter Gracie & niece Chloe is so pretty I had to make my LO to match.

I inked flourishes around the photo & added flowers & butterflies & lots of bling. The big butterfly is a gold edged sticker which I placed on the background paper & colored some light pink with a gel pen, then put foam squares under the wings to give a 3d look.
