Saute onions in butter along with any leftover turkey or ham. When onions are translucent, Mix in stuffing. Top with shredded cheese and beaten eggs. Broil 10-20 minutes. Use other breading or meats. Use additional seasonings like dried mustard, dijion mustard, garlic, etc.
