This is me trying to activate my new cell phone this morning! After about an hour of trying online and not having any luck, I called Tracfone. I was on the phone with them over two hours before I finally got it activated! The problem? The serial # on the card that came with the phone did not match the serial # that was in the phone! It took the guy talking to several different departments and supervisors to get my minutes from my old phone back because I had managed to deactivate it and transfer them to what I thought was my new phone! I actually ended up with more minutes than I was suppose to I think. By the time I had got to that point I was "Completely Crazy"! I did not get to keep my old # which I hate because I had just got where I could remember it!
