I made my first quilt over the past week or so. It's a tiny one for my daughter's baby dolls. It made me remember why I hate sewing on my sewing machine. I ended up rethreading the stupid thing 15 times. Then I got so fed up with the machine that I hand sewed the binding. LOL I'd rather hand sew any day. The little irregularity at the bottom binding is where I joined the stitches.
