These 2 pages don't have titles just a lot of info on my DD progress.

Journaling:

For the next six months you and I spent a lot of time at Sanger Clinic with Dr Stern. First it was every week, then every two weeks. Our goal was to get you to gain as much weight as possible since your heart was burning everything off so quickly. Even though all of this was scary you and I were able to spend a lot of time together. Family and friends came to visit often(as long as they were not sick). You were such a good baby! I was only able to breastfeed for 2 months since your heart was having to work to hard. So we started formula with supplements to help fatten you up. Can you believe it, we put canola oil in your formula and you loved it! Dr Stern finally decided you could go to a small daycare so I could go back to work. That started monthly visits with Dr Stern.

On the yellow card is Dr Sterns Hand writing when he wrote down for me the diagnosis. My DD had a very large hole in her heart called a Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), the meds were Digoxin and Lasix and then the numbers to the NICU.

I color copied her NICU bedside card, nursery card, and her feet prints. The medicine dropper is in CCs. It was one of the ones I used to give her meds in.

The only embellishment used was purple eyelets. THis was my first time using an eyelet! I love my MM silent setter.

Thanks for looking!
