The base card is Baja Breeze that I layered with a piece of dark blue shimmer paper (that I've had forever) that I ran thru the cb. I added square brads to the outer corners to break up the dark color a little bit. The image panel from Ducks in a Row, and sentiment panel from The Rubber Cafe, were stamped with versamark and embossed with Judikins Aegean Silver EP on to Baja Breeze cs. I sponged around the outer edges with Brilliant Blue ink and layered it on to scraps of the dark blue shimmer paper and a piece of light grey shimmer paper.
