Begin with piece of cardstock that measures 6" x 11".
With 6" side along the top, score 1" in from each side.
With 11" along the top, score at 1", 5", 6" and 10".
Cut in 1" at 1, 5 and 10 inch scores to make flaps.
Fold into box, adhering the side flaps as you go.
