What a completely awesome photo! So great! I love the color scheme too. And you should definitely try black eyed peas like you said in my gallery. They are good! The old wives tale is that if you eat them on New Years Day you'll have good luck all year long.
Oh, Rachel...what a treat to visit your gallery! I love how you took the blue he is wearing and used it in the LO....great vertical & horizontal pp strips. Yes, I think moving the brad would be perfect! What an amazing photo of him with the steam around him!!!He looks so handsome with the conductors hat on. My dh would love to be at the helm of a train too. xxx
Looove that photo and the great layering Rachel. Thanks for the description on how you did this, it helps to understand what are we thinking when we build a page. Too bad my lack of English ........LOL!!
One of the last pages for the in-laws album - of their only boy (my other half!) whose Christmas present from last year was a day learning to drive a steam train! We went in October, and had lots of wonderful photos, but this was my favourite -framed in the steam. As its for his parents, I added the little pp with 'son' written on it. I may well scrap it again for him later - I have an enlargement framed for him! As you can see - he hasnt quite grown out of wanting to be a train driver when he grows up!! Now that I've seen it on here, I plan to move the train brad about 1" to the left! Before I gave it to them, I was able to get a tiny pic of him as a 4 year old, which I added on the bottom - it was a perfect final addition to the growing up bit!
