Journaling: Jeremy loves to sing (and hum... and whistle... and yodel)! Trouble is, the ONLY songs he knows are Christmas songs. So ALL year long? Yeah, he "Decks the Halls," "Frosty" is a member of our family, "Rudolph" is called on regularly, and "Jingle Bells" is frequently heard from the shower. But this is the one time of year when his little quirk is not so quirky...

(Journaling card was attached to printer paper with removable Kokuyo and ran through the printer. I was quite surprised when it came out that I had lined it up correctly. YES!!!)

Have been waiting for the *perfect* papers to scrap this story. I found them in the December Studio Calico kit, "Center Stage." And when I went to search for a photo of my husband for this layout, THIS photo was already in his 2008 file. LOL. It's one of his "self portrait" photo shoots he does.... like... monthly. Very serendipitous that one would look like him singing! LOL.

Circles for tree (inspired by my sister's Christmas card) are pasted on a transparency, and then loose green glitter (Pink Paislee) is stuck on the back with Glossy Accents, so it shows through.

The music paper at the bottom is folded over accordion-style. And the little typewriter that used to be atop the journaling card? I couldn't bear to lose it, so I cut it out before I stuck the rub-on over it! :D

p.s. This was the first time I used Stickles on a layout! Go me! :)
