Sausage Balls:
1# sausage
1# shredded cheese
about 2 cups of Bisquick mix

Mix well. Make into balls. Bake at 350º for 30-50 minutes. Time varies with size of balls. Serve with mustard.
Fried Clams ala Alton Brown:
24 little neck clams
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 T grated Parmesan
1/4 t kosher salt
1/4 t fresh pepper
3 T bacon fat
Mix flour, crumbs, Parmesan, salt and pepper. Render bacon fat in large pan over high heat. Generously coat flour mixture of the clams. Cook about 3 minutes. Top with 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley and malt vinegar.

This is a lift from a page from a book called "Scrapbooking with Recipes." I tried to get the little embellies to look like things used in the recipe. For those that can't guess, that's supposed to be cheese and sausage on the left page.

I made the measuring cups from a Sizzlet glass die cut that I cut to make shorter and added the handles to. Sizzix Cat & Mouse alpha set.
