I cuttlebugged the top part of the designer paper with the snowflake embossing folder and then applied direct to paper inking with Antique Linen distress ink.
The clear snowflake was "stickled" with frosted lace stickles and then the inner snowflake is just the cuttlebug snowflake die with the ends cut off because it was a throwaway that I didn't want to throw away!!
