this was done for our Continue the Faith Challenge for December 08'. It was based on the scripture Psalm 28:7 and the journaling reads.

Thigs don't always go my way. I've been hurt, depressed and unhappy because of things going on. Through all the bad things there is one thing that remains and that is the joy that I have based on Jesus Christ. Because He is my strength and I trust in Him, I can rejoice regardless of my circumstances.
