Our elementary school's science fair allows grades3-5 students to create their own science project. Grades k-2 do a class project. This year my 1st grade class counted the seeds in 5 different fruits. We thought size had something to do with how many seeds were in a fruit, but we found out differently.
I was able to use my scrapbooking skills to display our science fair project. The pumpkin seeds and bell pepper seeds were also used to make flowers.
