This is actually the static clingie thing they give you when you receive your driver's temporary permit package. Journaling just describes my 20+ year wait in between the time I had my first temps and the second time, and the actual test. The velumn pocket has the actual driver's study manual, as well as my two tests where I failed (July 2008) and then passed (Dec 2008).
