Another version of the blue snowman card. To give the little snowman a 3D effect I stamped his image onto the circle and then stamped him again on a scrap piece of paper - this image I colored then cut him out - everything but his arms. I placed the cut out image on top of the already stamped image using a pop dot to adhere him. I also stamped my background paper using red ink and a snowflake stamp.
