She's such a little doll! I could just squeeze her to pieces! You are beyond amazingly creative with your LO ideas! I LOVE the title - it is awesome and so wonderful that you were able to use these two pics together! You always have such amazing stories to go with your LOs too - they are always supersweet and very uplifting! I am loving the layers and circles on this LO and, of course, that ribbon is wonderful! :-) I'm so glad you were able to use it! Hugs back to you!
This is one of those photo ops that is just too good to pass up! Thank you for telling the whole story about this inspiration. I LOVE all the writing you do on your descriptions! It is so endearing and I always come away feeling like you're my new bff! I'm going to keep my eye open for cupcake goodies for you!
Oh, the serendipity! LOVE that you had the photo of Ryan and thought to take one of Miss Kayden. THAT IS a TRUE scrapbooker!! LOL
I especially like the clever title. Inspired! And I also like the little touches...cupcake, ribbon, corner bling....wow, what fun to be grandma, huh?!
Sometimes I wonder how on EARTH you come up with these amazing ideas! Your layouts are always a source of joy and inspiration to me and your exude the most love I've seen (next to my sister) in your creations. Thank you for inviting us in!
Such a cute title to start with!! Are those rub-ons or transperancy over the photos? Either way, cool touch added to the photos!! Nice to see some things are still just as joyful now as back then!!
This is so extra special! Awesome that you would catch this same moment on camera!!! Thank you for sharing these with all of us lucky ladies! You are one in a million xox
Oh my gosh. I love it! This is cute. Love these pictures. Cupcake is a doll as always! And the title is perfect. Right to my favs. Great work as always Maureen.
As always Maureen I look as forward to your stories as I do your beautiful LO's. This is adorable. How quickly the years go by. Both pics are priceless and what a beautiful double memory.
Have always cherished the photo on right of my now 30-year old baby boy, Ryan, when he was a year old and really walking...I posed him standing in his Daddy's shoes - thought he had such a great expression...full of fun and happy stuff plus that great look of "hey, look what I can do"
Well, deja vu....or in this case deja shoe....sweet Miss Cupcake at a year old - the week she really started to take steps on her own. We were at the coast for this past Thanksgiving and there were her Daddy's way-too-big-for-her shoes, just sitting there and I had that deja vu moment of, "oh, this is just like Ryan's pic"....and so I had Ryan help her stay balanced and took several pics.
The absolute belly laugh and smile coming from this little munchkin was soooo awesome. Like her Dad, 29 years ago or so, she, too, had the fun, happy, look-what-I-can-do, glow about her.
It was a deja vu moment for me.....which, in this case, turned into the DEJA SHOE layout! Hope you enjoy.
Gracious thanks for coming by - - you always make me feel so encouraged and I thank you for letting me share my family and memories with you.
Blessings and a happy weekend to you, Maureen
PS - Thank you Erica (SweetPea523) - my dear friend for the gold cupcake ribbon...I've got more I can use (yippee) - hugs to you....
