I’ve always wanted to make a Christmas album to remember how our family spends Christmas every year. I used an 8x8 Kraft Cover-All to create the album. To make the snowman, I painted two circles directly onto the Cover-All with white paint. I put it on really thick to make sure it stayed wet for a while. I also painted the spine and edges of the book white. While the paint was still wet, I sprinkled ultra fine white glitter all over the book and let it dry. After the paint was dry, I made a hat from scrap paper and added pom-pom trim. I made the scarf from tinsel garland, leaving the two ends of the scarf hanging free. I created the nose by twisting a chenille stem into a spiral around a pen. Then I used pliers to twist one end of the spiral really tight to make a pointy “carrot” and glued it on with Zip Dry. I roughly cut some scrap paper to cover the rest of the cover, leaving some of the kraft paper Cover-All showing, and added a title with chipboard letters.
