This is a layout for dh. One of the reasons he wanted to go to New York was to go to the Intrepid Museum - an aircraft carrier with lots of fighter planes, in particular, The Blackbird SR-71. The journalling reads: Scott was able to go home happy having fulfilled a boyhood dream to see The Blackbird, 'officially' the fastest plane ever.' The pictures on the left side are all of the Blackbird and the information plaque. The right page are other aircraft, the Intrepid itself and dh playing with a warship gun :) He even bought a toy Blackbird to play with in his office ... I keep calling him a geek!
This is based on a January Page Map and I used corrugated card in the background and inked it using black and red ink pads. All the journalling and star stickers are a RAK from MissSweden - thanks Helen!! TFL!
